ECOWELL ATTENDS VIVANESS NATURAL COSMETICS TRADE FAIR – 10th ANNIVERSARY EDITION
VIVANESS – International Trade Fair For Natural Personal Care
VIVANESS, one of the largest international natural cosmetics exhibitions in the world held its annual Trade Fair for Natural Cosmetics in 10th â€“ 13th February 2016. Ecowell attended the trade fair proudly showcasing its stunning array of certified organic products. The event was held in tandem with BIOFACH, the Trade Fair for Organic Food exhibition. The dual event was held at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre and brought in a record 48,533 trade visitors with approximately 7,000 attending the BIOFACH and VIVANESS Congress. There were 2,575 exhibitors, 250 of whom took part in VIVANESS.
VIVANESS is an event which centres on nature as a precious source of active ingredients for holistic care, vitalization and natural beauty. The Trade Fair gives suppliers a platform to showcase the latest trends and developments in the natural cosmetics sector hence. Ecowell has been an active participant to present and exchange knowledge, expertise and position itself in the forefront of technological advances for organic personal care.

ICEA LAUNCHES THE VALU-CERT AWARD
The award is allocated to ICEA-controlled companies, for the best forms of communication to the public of the concept of certification in organic cosmetics and natural cosmetics. Also includes recognition to companies that in the past two years have obtained the best results in inspections.
ICEA certified cosmetic product is a value that must be passed on to the consumer. This is the assumption underlying the Valu-Cert Award, launched by ICEA and destined to its controlled companies, for the best forms of communication to the public of the concept of certification in organic cosmetics and natural cosmetics. The initiative also includes recognition to companies that in the past two years have obtained the best results in inspections.
Acknowledgments in this first edition will be conferred on September 8 within the framework of SANA (International Exhibition of Organic and Natural Products) in Bologna, during the Conference: “Optimize the investment of certification-hypotheses and proposals to get a greater return from certification”.
Certification ICEA perception by consumers is one of the most important aspects for companies, which share the values of natural and environmentally friendly cosmetics, that have chosen to undergo certification, and constitutes the added value compared to non certified cosmetics.
For this reason, ICEA, in collaboration with Studio SviMM&Sviluppo& Marketing FARMAFFARI of Rome, specialized in communication and advertising, have established the Valu-Cert Award for best communication to consumers on the value of certification, and also the Special Prize “Total Quality” for companies that respect the standard Organic cosmetics and Natural cosmetics.
The selection will be carried out through the assessment of one of the following communication products:
advertising communication conveyed through at least one media
an informational paper brochure
a newsletter, made also available exclusively on internet
a full label, of at least one product
highlighting the fact that the company and/or the products are equipped with Organic Cosmetics and Natural Cosmetics certification and, therefore, the user of a cosmetic is guaranteed, not only for the quality of the product, but also for the company’s commitment to the development of formulations complying the maximum respect for human health and the environment.
Also will be assessed the additional certification schemes (social, ethical, environmental, etc.) that the company has introduced over the past two years.
Participate in the contest is easy and free, just send the material via e-mail to the address email@example.com. All companies that have joined the initiative, that have accepted a standard for more restrictive and costly production, to help make the use of the cosmetic product ever safer and in harmony with the principles of environmental sustainability, will be mentioned in the poster designed for the general public and distributed within the framework of SANA, and will be published on sector journals, as shown in the annex.
The winning companies will receive the trophy “ICEA Organic Cosmetics”, a certificate of recognition and they will also be included for free on the Guide and on the website FARMAFFARI and on the Business Directory of CYBERMED for a year and may enter for free search and find products ads, company branches etc. in the Market Place of FARMAFFARI.
