Orders and Returns

How long will it take to process my returned items?

Once received, return packages are processed within 7-10 business days. The time to post a credit to your account varies and is determined by your issuing bank. Please contact your issuing bank for further details.

I want to cancel my order. How do I do it?

I ordered/received the wrong product, should I return it?

If your online order is not as expected, please contact us for assistance.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible for prompt assistance.

Damaged

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear and damage, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately for replacement or refund.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for the quickest and easiest service.

How do I return an item?

The original Packing Slip must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original packing slip.

We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Ecowell does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We do not accept exchanges after 7 days of the delivery.

Refunds

Ecowell will refund any item(s), which have been damaged, expired or used prior to arrival to the customer within 7 days of delivery.

Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s), applicable taxes and shipping and handling costs.

Please allow at least two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
